    Gentle Yoga invites you to slow down and reconnect through calm, intentional movement and breath. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, restored, and peaceful. All levels welcome.

  • Mindful Flow

    Mindful Flow is a study, intentional practice that invites you to move with your breath and explore at your own pace. You’ll find creative sequences, supportive options, and space to build strength and balance without rushing or forcing.

  • Sunday Reset

    Sunday Reset blends gentle movement with Yin and Restorative postures to help you release and reset for the week ahead. Move through gentle poses before easing into a meditative Savasana to invite deep relaxation and calm the mind. All levels welcome.

    A deeply restful, immersive candlelit experience blending the soothing practices of restorative yoga, sound healing, and grounding Thai Bodywork.
