    Empower Flow is an uplifting vinyasa-style class that blends strength, balance, and breath through intentional movement. Flow through creative sequences at your own pace and leave feeling grounded, energized, and empowered. All levels welcome.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that focuses on deep stretching and stillness. Yin involves passive, floor-level postures held for longer periods of time that assist with increasing flexibility and releasing tension. All levels welcome.

  • Sunday Reset

    Sunday Reset is a 75-minute class that blends gentle movement with an extended rest to help you release and reset for the week ahead. Move through a gentle yoga flow before easing into a restorative and meditative Savasana to invite deep relaxation and calm the mind. All levels welcome.
