Policies & FAQ
At Soluna Yoga + Wellness, our goal is to create a peaceful, supportive environment for everyone. These guidelines help us maintain a consistent and mindful experience for our students and instructors.
Studio Policies & Etiquette
Arrival & Check In
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins to get settled and check in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started. The doors lock when class begins to preserve a calm and safe environment.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reserving your spot in class highly encouraged as it ensures you have purchased a pass and saves your spot in class, as space is limited. Walk ins are welcome if assistance with booking is necessary and space allows.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before class begins through the StudioBookings app or our website so other people may have the chance to save their spot.
Drop In & Class Pass Expiration
• Drop Ins: valid for one regular weekly class. Expires one year after the date of purchase.
• 5 Class Pass: valid for 5 regular weekly classes. Expires 8 weeks after first use.
• 10 Class Pass: valid for 10 regular weekly classes. Expires 8 weeks after first use.
• All passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Refunds & Transfers
All sales are final. No refunds for unused passes or late arrivals. If a class is canceled by the studio, a credit will automatically be added to your account. Exceptions May be considered for medical emergencies at the discretion of Soluna Yoga + Wellness.
Cleanliness & Respect
• Please remove shoes before entering the studio space and silence your phone.
• Electronic devices, including cell phones, and smart watches, must be silenced during class.
• If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious illness, please stay home and rest. Always inform your instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class.
Props & Equipment
We provide mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps for your use free of charge. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or props if you prefer.
FAQ
Are children allowed?
Our classes are designed for adults. However, if you feel your teen (age 12+) may be interested, please contact us! Some exceptions may be made if they are familiar with yoga and can be responsible enough to complete a class without creating a disturbance. They would be subject to having their own account and passes purchased. No sharing or transferring passes allowed.
Family or kids’ sessions may be offered separately in the future.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. Mats and props are provided, but you can bring your own as well!
I’m new to yoga. Which class should I start with?
Beginners Yoga is a great place to start, but every class will be taught at an accessible level with many options available for all students.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! Private one-on-one or small-group sessions are available by appointment, on or offsite! Please reach out for more information.
What if I’m running late?
It happens! For safety and to respect others, we lock the door when class begins. If you are running late you can message/call us, but there is a chance we may miss it!
Weather Cancellation
If weather or emergencies require class cancellations, notifications will be sent via email and posted on our social media.
